Killymoon Rangers

KILLYMOON Rangers are delighted to announce that Davy McMullan and Steven McElhatton are the new joint managers of Killymoon Rangers Football Club.

They will be taking up their posts with immediate effect following the brief reign under Gary Boyd.

The club stalwarts have had a busy start to pre-season and have taken their first training session. In addition they are also putting together their backroom staff as well as making plans for the new Irish League season.

The managerial duo will get their first taste of management on Saturday when they travel to Bushmills for their first pre-season friendly. Kick off is 2pm.

The Belfast Telegraph Championship 2 fixtures have been released and Killymoon Rangers will kick off their new season with a home fixture against Armagh City at the Mid Ulster Sports Arena on Saturday 11th August.

The Steel and Sons then kicks off on Saturday 18th August, so the ‘Moon have a free weekend.

Killymoon return to action on Tuesday 21st August when they travel to face Sport and Leisure in Belfast. They then return to the MUSA to face Knockbreda on Saturday 25th August.

Training continues every Tuesday and Thursday evening at the Mid Ulster Sports Arena on the grass surface from 7pm. All players both new and old faces are welcome.

Killymoon Rangers would like to wish Ian Wylie all the best as he takes up his position with Dungannon Swifts Reserves. In addition we would like to wish Kyle Smith all the best after he hung up his boots.
