Leslie celebrates new year Sports Bond 'double'

THE first Sports Bond draw of 2010 saw a great week for agent Leslie Kinnear.

Leslie, still our largest agency, had a double major 50 success.

His two winners were Mark McCallion (B5026) and Karen Reynolds (B2610), both have been Sports Bond members for over 3 years.

Also in Ballymena, agent Luke Gaston had his first major win of 2010 with Mrs. McKinney (C6636). Luke's agency is based around the Ballymoney Road area.

Out in Broughshane Colin Graham is one of our original bunch of agents from our first week.

In recent weeks colin has been rebuilding his agency and this week he had success with a new member of only 5 weeks, William Currie (A0978) of Houston Park.

Family success in the minor section with daughter Caroline Douglas (A9363) a 10 winner on dad Boyd's agency and dad Steven Parkhill (A9863) wins 10 on his son Steven's agency.

Also in this section Janice Power had a 10 winner with Brian McKinstry (B0584) and Maurice Anderson had a 10 winner with Alan Service (A4041) in Gracehill.

In the consolation section another win for Uel Allen (A2610) of the Seven Towers who was a 50 major winner just back in December.

The Senior Citizens of Gracehill and Galgorm had a 15 winner with David Kirk (A5026). In Clough Ann Hume had family success with Edith Hume (B6636) and the last 15 winner was Karen Bowers (B0978) in O'Neills, Belfast.

Still no Jackpot winners for 2010 with numbers 10, 15, 22, 26. The Jackpot this week stands at 650.

Sympathy to David and Violet Logan of Gloonan Park in Ahoghill. Sadly Violet's mum Mary Doyle passed away after illness over the Christmas period. Both are members of Maurice Anderson's agency.

XMAS DRAW

It is hoped to have this delayed draw at half time during this Saturday's Irish Cup match at the Showgrounds against Ards. All tickets must be returned by then.
