Linfield’s Lowry out for three months

LINFIELD’S attacking midfielder Philip Lowry is out of action for at least three months after injuring himself while on holiday.

Lowry tripped while on his break, but after returning home it was discovered on Wednesday by a consultant that he had broken a bone in his foot.

“Philip will be in plaster for some time and he will not be able to play for three months which is a real blow,” said Linfield boss David Jeffrey.
