Last year’s inaugural event raised around £1,400 for Macmillan Cancer Relief.

In keeping with the two clubs’ respective seasons in real-life, it was the Liverpool fans who enjoyed the bragging rights last year after they won on penalties following a scoreless stalemate.

This year’s chosen charity is the Association of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (Ballymena Branch).

There is no admission charge, but a collection of voluntary donations will be taken up.
