McBride extremely doubtful

Derry City centre-back Ryan McBride is a major injury doubt for tomorrow night’s Europa League first qualifying round, second leg tie at Aberystwyth Town (KO 6.45pm).

The defender injury his knee during the Brandywell men’s win at Athlone Town on Sunday.

Boss Peter Hutton admitted he will give McBride right up until the last minute to see if he recovers.

Also carrying knocks ahead of the game is Mark Timlin, Dean Jarvis and Josh Tracey and like McBride, Hutton will give them every chance to make it.

Hutton spoke to Sentinel Sport’s Editor Kevin McLaughlin ahead of tomorrow evening’s game.

Incidentally tomorrow night’s match in Wales will be live on Drive 105.3FM and Radio Foyle from 6.30pm.
