McCallion signs up
AFTER announcing that Ruaidhri Higgins and Gerard Doherty signed new deals, Derry City have added another experienced man this afternoon, with the news that full-back Eddie McCallion has also re-signed.
The right-back has signed a one year deal after holding talks with the club and he is already now looking forward to the forthcoming season.
“Thankfully now everything is sorted out and I have signed a one year deal,” admitted McCallion.

Hide Ad“Now that my future is sorted I’m already looking forward to the season coming up, my aim is to continue what I have been doing for the last 14 odd years and try to impress the new manager.
“With such a young squad last season we weren’t that far away from the title, so hopefully we can build on last season’s success and you never know where that will take us.”
