McConnell appointed caretaker boss of Larne

Graham McConnell is back in the Inver Park hot seat after he was handed the role of caretaker boss of Larne Football Club following the sacking of Tommy Kincaid on Saturday.

In a statement issued to the Larne Times on Sunday, club chairman Archie Smyth said: “Larne FC have appointed Graham McConnell as caretaker manager until further notice and thank him for taking charge at such short notice.”

McConnell had been in charge of the club’s second-team since the summer.
