McEleney ready for champions test
DERRY City’s Patrick McEleney admits after the proverbial kick up the back side from boss Declan Devine recently, he’s starting to get his old form back.
The talented midfielder is looking forward to tomorrow night’s big match as champions Sligo Rovers come to the Brandywell.
City go into the game with Ryan McBride, Stewart Greacen and Barry Molloy all struggling, however Thomas Crawley has returned to full training, while Shane McEleney and Mark Griffin are both back from suspension.
McEleney spoke to Sentinel Sport’s Editor Kevin McLaughlin just before training on Wednesday.
