McFadden, who’s tremendous back-flick set up the Waterside man to fire home ’Stute’s sixth and final goal against Coagh United, on Saturday.

That goal was McCauley’s second in as many games and the big striker feels that run can continue.

Boss Paul Kee is hoping for big things from McFadden this campaign and that belief is something, which he’s delighted about, he was also happy to be involved in three of his side’s six goals.

“It was obviously good to get my goal on Saturday, because you don’t want to leave it too many games and to get involved in three other goals was also nice. I thought the defender would have learned after the first penalty, but he didn’t.

“I linked up well with Darren (McCauley) for his goal, it was very similar to our goal at Distillery, where he played it off me and scored. I think he’ll be a big player for us this season and now that he’s scored two goals in two league games, then you would have to aim for ten goals for him this season.”

Meanwhile ’Stute entertain Glebe Rangers in the NIFL League Cup second round draw.
