Meet the Greysteel Junior Cup Finalists

GREYSTEEL manager Paddy Irvine gives his low down on his squad, which face Newtowne in Friday night's Matt Morrison Junior Cup Final.

Steven Lynch (Goalkeeper) Steven is a young goal keeper, very reliable under the high ball and is a great shot stopper.

Stephen King (Defender) Mr Reliable of the team. Strong defender who loves to attack when given the chance.

Adrian Creane (Defender) Oldest member of the squad and the leader of the team. Strong in the air and commands his defence.

Gareth Sands (Defender) First year with the squad after transferring from Eglinton. Steady and strong defender.

Johnny McElhinney (Defender) Johnny with plenty of experience. Can play anywhere across the back.

Niall O'Connor (Defender) Steady defender with a good head a great passing ability.

Declan McGuinness (Defender/Midfield) Steady defender who likes to get forward. Can also play midfield.

Brian Logue (Defender/Forward) Strong defender and great in the air. Can also operate as emergency forward when called upon.

Shaun Cassidy (Midfield) Stong player with electric pace. Likes to get stuck in.

Ryan King (Midfielder) Plays in the engine room. Will give his all for the cause. Claims to have Brazilian relatives!

Martin McGuinness (Midfielder) Strong player with a great left foot. Likes to get forward.

Odhran McKinney (Midfielder) Seasoned player with plenty of heart and determanation who likes to get stuck in

Declan Doherty (Midfielder) Experienced player who likes to sit deep and pick out the passes.

Colm Butcher (Midfielder) Exceptional pace and a player who likes to take on the full back.

Kevin McGinnis (Midfield/Forward) Youngest player in the team and has had a fine debut season. Great left foot.

Andy Morrow (Forward) Experienced forward who always gets among the goals

Ciaran Harkin (Forward) Pacey forward who chases everything. Given the chance he is deadly.
