Milk Cup trials

FUTURE soccer stars will have a chance to show off their talents tonight. County Londonderry Junior team manager Oliie Mullan has announced trial dates for the 2010 Northern Ireland Milk Cup.

The first of the trials will be held this evening at Meadowbank, Magherafelt with a 6pm kick off time.

The first trials in Londonderry will take place on Monday April 5th at the Magee campus of the University of Ulster, kick off is at 11.00am. In Limavady the trials will also take place on Monday April 5th, at Scroggy Road with a 3pm kick off.

The next trials will take place on Wednesday April 7th in Coleraine, Anderson Park. Kick off will be 6.30pm.

All players attending are asked to bring football boots, shinpads, shorts, socks and jersey. Suitable wet weather gear is advised in case of bad weather. Players please should report 30 minutes prior to kick off.

Players are free to attend the trial of their choice and is open to all players who live in the County of Londonderry and were born on or after 1st January 1995.

The 2010 tournament take place from 25th July to 31st July and attracts teams from all over the world.
