New kit marks Penarol 40th anniversary celebrations

Local Saturday Morning League side FC Penarol have launched their 40th anniversary season celebrations by unveiling a new kit.

The club has reverted to the original yellow and black colours of the Uruguayan team from whom they took their name.

The club is grateful to The Candy Bar for its sponsorship of the new strip.

A number of events will be coming up to mark the 40th anniversary, contuining throughout the season, and the club will be contacting former players in due course.
