News from the sidelines at Moneyslane FC

Result: Moneyslane Firsts 1 -4 Ballyclare Comrades; Slane Reserves 1-3 Mowhan

Fixtures: Moneylane Firsts will play on Tuesday July 23 with a 7.30pm kick-off against Orchard City FC at Jubilee Park.

On Thursday they will play Dollingstown at 7.30pm at Planters Park, Dromore Road, Dollingstown.

And on Saturday with a 2.30pm kick off both the firsts and reserves will play on Saturday July 27 against Coagh United FC

Sympathy: Moneyslane FC would like to send its sincere sympathy to the Murphy family, Ballyward and Ballyroney on their recent bereavement.

The club was saddened to hear of the passing of Colin Murphy, a well respected local farmer and hard working business man who was well known in the local area. Thoughts and prayers are with the entire Murphy family at this sad time.

The Club would also like to send its sincere sympathy to the Wallace family, Ballyward on their recent bereavement. Thoughts and prayers are with the entire Wallace family at this sad time.

Lotto results: The Football Club lotto winning numbers were: 16, 25, 27, 28. There were no jackpot winners and one three number winner, namely Layla Sands. Next week’s jackpot is £675 and the draw date is Thursday July 25.
