NIBFA Cup heartache for Stuteteenagers
It was a disappointing weekend for Institute Youth teams.
The U12’s lost 4-1 to Maiden City with Jamie McGonigle their goalscorer, the U14’s had an impressive 2-0 success over Moyola with Caoimhin Soal and Lorcan Deeney getting their goals.
The U15’s lost 5-0 to Belfast teenagers Cliftonville, the Under 17’s suffered a similar defeat losing 5-1 at Crusaders with Adam Dougherty scoring their consolation goal.
There was NIBFA Cup heartache for the U16 side as they narrowly lost 2-0 to neighbours Maiden City.
Daniel Burnett netted for the U9’s and Harry Boyd and Jack Patton scored for the U10’s.
