This Saturday’s fixtures are dominated once again with City Cup ties.

City Cup

Ardmore v Limavady Rugby Club

Damien McGee’s side will be well aware of the potential of their opponents after their shock win at Tullyally, however his side are on a great run.

Ace striker Calvin McCallion has scored eleven goals in his last two games, the home side should have to much in their locker for the Roesiders in this quarter-final tie.

Prediction: Ardmore.

Claudy United v BBOB

First Division against Premier Division in this secound round encounter.

The home side will as usual give 100 per cent and if Trevor McSparron is on form they must have a chance.

The Old Boys showed just what they are capable of in their Irish Junior cup win last Saturday and a repeat of that would surely see them through with goals to spare.

Prediction: BBOB.

Limavady United Drummond v Draperstown

There should be plenty of goals here as both sides scored eighteen between them last week. The home side are an excellent footballing side and are a joy to watch.

Draperstown are running away with the First Division and will be a dangerous side next season in the top division however they may bow out of this cup.

Prediction: Limavady United Drummond.

Foyle Wanderers v Donemana

There will be a good bit of rivalry in this tie with players on both sides looking for bragging rights. Wanderers went to the top of the Division after last weeks impressive performance and a good run in this cup is what they will be looking for. Donemana also had a good win last week but this is without doubt their biggest challenge of the season.

Prediction: Foyle Wanderers.

Premier Division

Lisahally v Lincoln Courts

The home side are a very difficult team to beat at home , they are currently in mid table but a few more wins would see them move up and they are well capable of doing that.

The Courts know that a win here would see them join Foyle Wanderers at the top. They started the New Year the way they ended the old with another impressive performance this could end all square.

Prediction: Score Draw.
