Unfortunately Monday’s League Cup final between Ardmore and Claudy Rovers at Wilton Park, was called off, because the frozen pitch was unplayable.

Tullyally v Newbuildings United Reserves

The home side have been the draw specialists in the first half of the season.

They have produced their best performances against the top sides but have dropped points to teams in the bottom half of the table.

Newbuildings can only go in one direction and that is up, they have had a disastrous 2014 and they are at the foot of the table, they may get nothing from this one to ease their worries.

Prediction: Tullyally.

Irish Street v Claudy Rovers

Mark McKittrick’s side showed a bit of improvement in a couple of games before the break, however they are still second from bottom.

They are however playing with a lot of spirit which always helps.

Ryan McDaid knows his side are capable of winning the title, they have games in hand over the sides above them and if they were to go on a run they will be up near the top. They should collect full points from this one.

Prediction: Claudy Rovers.

BBOB v Foyle Wanderers

The match of the day, the Old Boys are just a point behind the leaders and they are determined to regain the title, they are all fighting for their places and they have a big Irish Junior Cup tie coming up next Saturday.

The Wanderers defence will have to keep a close eye on deadly marksmen Joe McCready and Grant Garden.

Wanderers are having their best season in quite some time within touching distance of top spot they are playing with great confidence.

They to have a deadly duo up front in Robbie Godfrey and Stevie Dougherty, should be plenty of goals in this one.

Prediction: Score Draw.

Caw v Ardmore

Caw’s main aim at the start of the season was not to get involved in a relegation battle, they are keeping their heads above that at the minute but they will need another few victories to pull them clear.

Ardmore as is the custom are in their challenging, manager Damien McGee knows that when he gets his full side on the field they are as good as anything in the Division, they should win here.

Prediction: Ardmore.

Drummond v Lincoln Courts

It has been a very long time since Drummond topped the table but that is where they are and deservedly so. Geoff Ferris has done a wonderful job so far with the introduction of a number of talented young players, they could go all the way.

The Courts will be hoping for a big improvement, they have had a poor season by their standards, manager Kolyn Patterson is trying everything to turn things round and with the players at his disposal that will surely come.

Prediction: Drummond.
