Pedlow suffers another set-back

Banbridge Town have been hit by another injury blow with the news that midfielder Adam Pedlow is out for the foreseeable future.

The Donaghcloney man has been sidelined since January with a knee injury but had returned for pre-season training with the hope of returning to action in time for the start of the league campaign.

“Adam Pedlow doesn’t looking like he will play any more football for a while now,” said boss Ryan Watson.

“He has done all he can as part of his rehabilitation he still doesn’t feel right.

“He was due to get an MRI scan at the weekend so I’ll have to see how that has gone and then we can assess what his next move is, whether he needs an operation or what he needs to do.

“It’s a pity because he showed last year what he is capable of.”
