Plans in placefor Boxing Day

PLANS have been put in place for the Bob Radcliffe Cup final on Boxing Day after a meeting between the PSNI, Loughall and Lurgan Celtic.

Celtic supporters will gain access to Lakeview Park from the bottom end, nearest the park and two turnstiles will be in operation with temporary toilet facilities also at that end of the ground. The entrance to the ground will be stewarded and no alcohol is permitted to be brought in. Any alcohol which is discovered will be placed in a bin adjacent to the turnstiles. Car parking for the Celtic support will be on the main road at the ground side only leaving the other side of the road free for traffic.

The presentation of the trophy will be held on the centre of the pitch this year and hopefully these plans will curtail any activity which could spoil what should be a great occasion.

Anyone who would like to travel by coach should contact the Lurgan Celtic text line at +447938546899 a £5 deposit secures a place but there will only be a coach if sufficient numbers justify the hire.

Here’s looking forward to a good match and a good result for The Hoops.

On behalf of Lurgan Celtic we wish all our supporters and sponsors a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and peaceful New Year.
