Premier Division top two meet at Lisnagelvin

Its back to league action this weekend, with the top two meeting at Lisnagelvin.

In the First Division leaders Claudy Rovers have a tasty encounter against their namesakes United, while second placed Foyle Wanderers travel to Ardmore Reserves.

Runaway Second Division leaders Lisahally, who dropped their first points of the season recently, are also on the road as they take on Dromore.

This local derby usually produces plenty of talking points, the home side are in mid table but they are not playing as well as they should be, they need to start picking up points.

Last season’s champions are going to find it very difficult to retain their crown, they have lost a couple of games they should have won and can’t afford any more slip ups.

The Limavady men got a welcome three points last week, and as they proved by getting to the cup final a few weeks ago they are a decent side when they are at their best.

The Courts look to have to much to do if they are to get back in the title race, their best chance for silverware this season may be in the cups.
