Referees donate to help Wee Oliver

Jimmy Alexander, Sammy McNeil and William McConaghie, who were referees in the LMA League, donated part of their refereeing money to Help Wee Oliver Walk. Charlene and Neil Dickey, Olivers parents, received the donation on behalf of their son. Also, a thank you must go to Tommy Docherty who came up with this idea.

The draw for this year’s Ballyrashane Cup has been made. The ties are as follows: Dunaghy v Dunseverick (Tuesday 10 June 7pm); Coleraine Olympic v Finn McCools (Thursday 12 June 7pm); Articlave v Portrush (Saturday 14 June 2pm); Berthas v Bushmiills Youth (Tuesday 17 June 7pm); Balnamore v West Bann (Thursday 19 June 7pm).

All matches will be played on the ‘wee’ pitch at Coleraine, admission is £2.

Meanwhile the draw for LMA League is as follows: Finn McCools v Articlave (Wednesday 4 June); Dunseverick v Bushmills Youth (Thursday 5 June); Millburn v West Bann, Joey’s v Windyhall (Monday 9 June).

Oragnisers are also looking for entrants for the Albert McAuley 5-a-sides. They will be held on 4th July at 6pm. The competition is opened to Under-12s and entry fee is £10 per team. Anyone wishing to play should contact Tommy Doherty on 07919987747.
