A 3-2 victory from the first meeting between the clubs handed Scarva back-to-back league wins for the first time in two seasons.

Sam Boyd kicked off the scoring with a close-range finish and it was 2-0 thanks to Freddie McKelvey’s glancing header to convert a Greg Douglas free-kick.

The Swifts managed to end the first half in fine form thanks to Michael Toland’s finish.

However, the next goal was scored by Scarva when Boyd capped good work by Philip Magill with a curling effort.

A penalty from Mark Cowan left the final tally at 3-2 in Rangers’ favour.
