Singleton and Neill to play in friendly at Town

Glenavon's fringe players will get some pitch time this weekend at Banbridge Town.

The Lurgan Blues will travel to Town Crystal Park to play in a friendly match on Saturday morning (kick-off 11.30am).

First-team squad players who have featured sparingly over recent weeks such as Fabio O’Brien and Guy Bates are expected to play. James Singleton and Kyle Neill, who are continuing their return from injury, are also expected to take to the pitch.

Neither team have a competitive game scheduled and the fixture will help Glenavon prepare for Wednesday night’s League Cup encounter against Harland and Wolff Welders.
