Southside Youths calendar will help club’s Blackpool plans

The club received massive support from Ballymena South businesses along with many others.

The club is participating in the Blackpool Cup on May Day weekend 2012.

Proceeds from the calendar will be going towards reducing the costs for the 15 players making the trip.

The three day trip will see the team compete overseas against quality opposition and hopefully give a good account of themselves flying the flag for the Ballymena Borough.

A party of 39 are making the trip made up of players, officials, family and friends to the northwest seaside resort.

In only year three since the club formed this opportunity for the players is down to the hard work and ambition of all the officials at the club.

All club officials strive to give the players the best opportunities possible to develop and progress in the game and would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone who supported the club a very Happy and peaceful New Year.
