Stars in full swing for MCA

IT has been confirmed this year’s Maiden City Soccer Academy Golf event will take place on Friday, May 25th.

This is the seventh year of this successful event which will take place at Foyle Golf Centre.

Many celebrities have attended in the past including Wales manager Chris Coleman; Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean; Lee Clarke ex-Huddersfield Town manager, Luton manager Mick Hartford, former England defender Des Walker ex-Northern Ireland captain Steve Lomas, Republic of Ireland and Everton midfielder Darron Gibson and Celtic’s Paddy McCourt.

Other personalities have included Gerry Kelly from UTV John Leneghan (May McFetridge) world snooker champion John Higgins and Joe Swail.

These celebrities have made a commitment to supporting this year’s event due to the success of the previous years.

An excellent social event will take place at Da Vinci’s Hotel on the evening.
