The Cork native drilled home the all-important winner in the 92nd minute and another three points from Saturday’s North West derby at home to Limavady United could mean Premiership football next season.

The home side took the lead just before the hour mark through Ben Roy, but Michael McCrudden scored a wonder goal on 75 minutes to level things, before ’Stute goalkeeper Michael Doherty made two magnificent saves to deny Ryan McCann and Aidan O’Kane in the closing stages.

Then right at the death O’Flynn blasted home the winner to spark wild celebrations.

After the game Institute boss Paul Kee spoke to Sentinel Sport’s Editor Kevin McLaughlin.
