Founded in 1976 NIBFA has been at the forefront of the development of youth football in Northern Ireland – a commitment which was underpinned in 2007 when at the request of member clubs a new National Youth League was formed.

This will now become widely known as the NIBFA SUBWAY National Youth League.

Mr Jim Weir, League Secretary for the NIBFA, said: “We are really excited to welcome Subway on board as our key sponsor and we look forward to the next three years with great confidence and with a shared ambition of mutual success.

“In its decision to fuel grass roots football in this way, Subway is firmly committed to supporting our continued growth and in serving all areas in youth football which as an activity provides a healthy and social lifestyle.”
