Super Street into the semi-finals

Hill Street’s fine season continued on Saturday as they saw off Coalisland in the quarter-final of the Junior Cup.

It was a massive game for both teams, but it was Hill Street who started of the better of the two teams.

Callum Grieve headed Street in front from a corner to settle any early nerves.

Coalisland started to gain control of the game and got an equaliser following a scramble in the box with Hill Street failing to clear the ball.

At the end of the first half is remained level with the game finely poised.

Hill Street started the second half on top and it was Ian Penny who put Street ahead again with a well taken goal.

Coalisland once again got back on level terms from a superb free kick. A Jack McNally penalty saw Hill Street move ahead for the third time.

At this stage the game was end to end and very entertaining. A Greig Stewart cross was met by Ian Penny to give Street a two goal cushion.

The impressive Ian Penny got his hat-trick from yet another excellent cross into the box. It was six shortly after before Coalisland grabbed a consultation goal near the end.

Hill Street progressed to the semi-final thanks to a fine all round team performance.
