Ten men ’Stute hammered in Ballyclare
INSTITUTE’S unbeaten run to the season came to an abrupt end as they were hammered 5-1 at Ballyclare Comrades, on Saturday.
Trailing 3-0 to goals from Chris Trussell, Gerard McAlea and Daniel Smith at the break, the Waterside men pulled one back through Darren McFadden on 70 minutes.
But ’Stute midfielder Darren McCauley was shown a straight red card by referee David Walker and the home side netted twice in the closing stages through Keith Buckley and Trussell.
