Transfer window can’t come soon enough for Larne
Frankly, the defeat could and should have been much heavier for the lacklustre Reds who had little to offer with only one shot on goal. Confidence is on the floor, and again once they went a goal down there was no way back.
Defender Scott Todd was downbeat at the final whistle. “The first goal was always going to be important but bad defending let us down again,” he told the Larne Times.

Todd agreed that the Reds were still very much in the game at the break. “We said during the break that we needed to keep it tight for maybe 10 minutes then we conceded after only three minutes. We did hit the bar at 2-0 but then they got the third so it is back to the drawing board again.”
