Two titles on the trot for Warren YM

Warren YM clinched the South Antrim League Premier Division title with a 4-1 win away to Bloomfield III.

It has been a great season for them after winning Division One last year and they also won the Ironside Cup this time around.

Scorers on Saturday were Neil Donaghy, Simon Walsh, Stuart Adams and Craig McCutcheon. John McCleery got the Bloomfield goal.

Glaston finish runners-up following a great run in the past few weeks. They came back from a goal down late in the game against Ballymacash YM to win 3-1 through Jim Mullan, Connor Hughes and Paul McCann. Colin Jamison scored for Ballymacash.

Curtis Moorhead scored for Sandy Row in their 1-1 draw with Orangefield OB III and Braniel YM beat Ballynafeigh YM 9-0.

Division One

FC finish with a win

FC Utd Lisburn finished their Division One season with a 3-2 win over First Lisburn.

They came back from two goals down to win, scoring through Lewis Irwin, Andrew Doran and Paul Hobson.

Aaron Thompson and Ryan Patterson had put First two goals up and it was 2-1 at half-time.

Belvoir FC II had a 4-2 win over Moira Albion II on Thursday night.

Division Two

Braniel II force play-off with Cregagh

Braniel YM II gained a Division Two play-off with Cregagh Wanderers when they beat Ballymacash YM III 8-1.

Scorers were Brian Stevenson 4, Lewis Robinson 2, Aaron Neill and Darren Browning.

Stephen Matthews, William Kenny, David Bell and Gareth Oldroyd got the goals in a 4-0 win for FC Utd Lisburn II over Newtown Forest III.

Clonduff YM II beat Lisburn Athletic 6-2 with goals from Graham Weir, Dee Moore 2, Cecil Moore, Lewis Morrison and Ben Greer.

SUPPLEMENTARY COMPS

Finals are set up

The line-up for the finals of two competitions were decided last week.

The Supplementary Cup reached the final stage with Glaston beating Sandy Row 2-0, thanks to Colum McKiernan and Im Mullen.

They will meet Braniel YM, also 2-0 winners over Ballymacash YM

On Tuesday night, Ballymacash YM beat Sandy Row in the decider to find who finished top of the group and as a result, Glaston played Sandy Row in the semi-final and Ballymacash met Braniel YM.

Cregagh Wanderers will meet big rivals, Braniel YM II, in the final of the Whiteside Cup after both gained 2-1 wins on Tuesday night.

Cregagh beat Warren YM II and Braniel won against FC Utd Lisburn II, whose scorer was Willy Kenny.

These two will also meet in a play-off to decide the winner of Division Two.
