U18s swiftly dealt with by Markethill

DROMORE rearranged their fixture against Markethill Swifts to Friday night at Cheyney Park under the floodlights.

Dromore will wonder how they didn’t take something from this game. Even though they were far from their best, they created enough chances to win two games.

Credit though to Markethill as they were not guilty of wasting their chances and ran out 3-1 winners.

Dromore’s consolation was scored from the penalty spot by Josh Walker to bring the score til 2-1 but Markethill killed the game in the final five minutes when a Dromore defender gifted the winger the ball and he crossed for the striker to volley home.
