Ballymena United manager Glenn Ferguson was content for his team to “win ugly” in Saturday’s 2-0 victory over Warrenpoint Town.

First half goals from David Cushley and Allan Jenkins helped United to their third successive victory in all competitions.

Ferguson is confident his side can continue their improved form when they host Ballinamallard United this Saturday (3pm).
