VIDEO: Ferguson ‘not looking for sympathy’ after fifth straight defeat

Ballymena United manager Glenn Ferguson admits the club is going through “a difficult time” after a fifth straight defeat in Saturday’s home loss against Coleraine.

But the manager insists he wants to see a positive response rather than players looking for sympathy.

“We’ve been on runs like this before and fought our way out of it,” said a bullish Ferguson.

“Nobody’s in this game for sympathy. I don’t want people ringing me and feeling sorry for me - I’m here to put things right,” the manager added.
