Wakehurst secure top six league position
“The way the results fell, it means we’ll definitely finish in the top six,” manager Ian Gregg told Times Sport.
“To finish in the top six of a 16 team league shows we’ve punched above our weight again, particularly when you look at some of the teams below us.

“We finish this week with games against Lurgan Celtic and Ballyclare Comrades, two teams still in the promotion hunt, so they should certainly have some meaning to them,” added Gregg.
In an amazing spell between the 32nd and 36th minutes in Saturday’s match, each team scored twice, Matt Johnston firing the home side ahead only for Conor Gregg to equalise a minute later.
Paul Young restored Knockbreda’s lead but immediately Roy Colville popped up in the home penalty area to head past keeper Calonduff for 2-2.
