The Candystripes have suffered 10 defeats in their last 14 outings and McDaid is hoping they can bounce back from last Sunday’s FAI Ford Cup quarter-final exit to Sligo Rovers.

Derry will be without duo Ryan McBride and Barry McNamee through suspension, while Kevin Deery, Stewart Greacen and Thomas Crawley continue to miss out.
