Waveney Youth bring season to close with goal bonanza

WAVENEY Youth brought the curtain down on a memorable season in spectacular fashion last week.

The Belfast & East Antrim Youth League champions beat runners-up Barn United 7-6 in a remarkable final game of the campaign, to maintain their unbeaten run since Christmas.

Waveney opened the scoring early on when Robbie Perkins latched onto a through ball from Nico Dunlop then doubled that lead when a one-two between Camryn Millar and Perkins released Dunlop to score.
