With a midfield four of Keelan Quigley, Cameron Sands, James Orr and Shea Winters taking control of the game, it was Rangers who found an equaliser when a daisy cutter whizzed through a sea of feet into the net.

With Jamie Feeney and William Doogan battling hard up front and putting the Rangers defence under severe pressure, Town took the lead again when Doogan created havoc down the left and as his shot was blocked, the ball fell kindly for Shea Winters who unleashed an unstoppable volley from the edge of the area low into the corner.

Town went 3-1 head five minutes before the break when that man again William Doogan picked the ball up on the left wing. He jinked his way into the box leaving four defenders in his trail and slipped the ball under the keeper for an outstanding individual effort.
