Youth team round-up

BANBRIDGE Rangers Under 18s and 14s had their fixtures postponed at the weekend but will return to action this Saturday with the Under 18s at home to Armagh City and the Under 14s travelling to Markethill.

The Under 12s made sure they were the only team in their league with a 100% record after defeating Oxford Sunnyside at Tannaghmore Gardens on Saturday morning with Luke Brown and Matthew Hillis both scoring two each with Josh Crawford adding the other goal.

The Under 11s hosted Warrenpoint Town at Havelock Park on Saturday and lost out 7-4 with a valiant second half comeback that saw Ben Wilson score a superb hat-trick for Rangers.

The Under 10s went down 3-2 to Dromore Amateurs at Havelock Park with Lee Chapman and Adam Knox getting on the scoresheet for Banbridge Rangers.

The U8s played two games against Lurgan Town at Cheney Park early on Saturday morning and drew the first game 0-0 but lost 3-2 in the second game.
