Friendlies arranged for Slane teams

THE First team have already scheduled friendlies for pre-season and manager Glen Moffett is looking for to the challenge ahead for the incoming season in unknown territory in Mid-Ulster Division Two.

Tuesday July 27 - away against Valley Rangers; Saturday July 31 away against Loughgall.

The second team has also scheduled friendlies for pre-season and new manager, Ian Johnston, is looking forward to the new season and his first as a manager in Reserve Three of the Mid-Ulster.

Saturday July 24 – away against Woodvale FC, Belfast; Tuesday July 27 - away against Valley Rangers Reserves.

The Thirds’ place has been confirmed in Division 3 of the Newcastle and District League next season along with Banbridge Rangers Seconds, Ballyvea Thirds, Castlewellan Thirds, Carryduff Colts, Down Celtic Seconds, Kirkistown, Maghera Seconds, Saintfield AYC Seconds, Strangford Seconds and Valley Rangers Thirds. Pre-season friendlies will be organised soon for the third team.

U16s FRIENDLIES: Saturday July 31 – away against Valley Rangers; Saturday August 7 - away against Craigavon City; Saturday August 14 - away against Banbridge Rangers; Saturday August 21 - away against Dromore Swifts; Saturday August 28 - away friendly TBC; Saturday September 4 - opening day of the league.
