Full houses at Annahilt Parish Pairs

The Annahilt Parish Indoor Bowling Club Open Pairs hosted full houses on all four qualifying nights.

The club handed over £500 to NI Children’s Hospice from the sale of ballots.

Paul Canning, Conlig, lost in the final at the St John’s Moira Open Singles on the previous and he joined up with Robert Beattie to again reach a final in the Lisburn area, but he again lost to John Murnahan and Gerry McCabe, Cooley at the final stage.

Best local performance came from Loughaghery pair, Philip Dennison and Cecil Dillon who reached the semi-finals.
