In a match which had many talking points, Armagh finished with just 12 players while Tyrone ended the game with 14 players on the pitch.

Late points from Cathal McShane and Darren McCurry secured the win for the O’Neill County.

Elsewhere, Derry avenged their Ulster Championship to defeat with a comprehensive win over Donegal.
