Garvey B steal the show in first half of the season

The Division 4 team beat Division 2 Balmoral B in the semi-final, but, unfortunately, were undone by another Division 2 team, Whitehead B, in the final.

Garvey B are also lying second in Division 4 and, if they continue in the same vein, can gain promotion, though not as section winners.

The A team, like the B team reached the fourth round of the Irish Cup and both had to play three away ties to achieve this.

Garvey are again competing with the best in NIBA Division 1, but just seem unable to gain that extra edge to take them to the top.
