Garvey clear their back log of matches in style

Lisnagarvey cleared up a back log of matches, finishing by only dropping half-a-point away to Castle on Saturday in NIBA Division 1.

They had also played Bangor and Banbridge in recent days from which they lifted four points.

Noel Graham’s rink shared the spoils against Castle, but there were wins for Ivan Craig, Neil Mulholland and Philip Cromie.

At the tenth Charlie Lindsay was 3-17 down and 9-21 at 15 ends before losing by 15 shots.

At the tenth Sammy Malcolmson was 6-11 down and he dropped seven shots without reply over the next five ends before losing by eight shots.

Alan Sudlow was 5-11 down at the tenth and 8-16 at 15 ends. Dromore lost by 15 shots.
