Garvey enter season with optimism

LISNAGARVEY will enter the new outdoor season with optimism after winning the NIBA Senior Cup last year, but the question still remains about their ability to win the NIBA League or IBA Senior Cup.

There are one or two changes in personnel, with one of them, Andy Riley leaving to join Balmoral.

The B team will again contest the promotion spots in Division Three and hopefully can fare better in cup competitions this time.

DROMORE: Narrowly avoided relegation last season and are most likely to struggle again this year, but are capable of causing a few shocks.

The B team will hope to gain promotion to Division Three after being in the fight last year.

LAGAN VALLEY: Nice to see that Lagan Valley have two teams in the League again this season as they struggled to field both teams last year.

Possibly the senior team can compete with the best in Division Four, but the B team will be content to complete the season in Division Five.
