The Dublin side currently top the group with three wins out of three while Garvey lost points with their superb 4-4 draw with Banbridge in November.

Garvey face a ‘must win’ situation. If they lose, the gap would be too much for Garvey even with the away game against Cork Church of Ireland still to be played on March 21st in Cork.

Having found themselves out of the Irish Cup at the hands of the same Cork side and well behind in the Premier League title race, Garvey have to put all their efforts into the IHL.

Coach Errol Lutton was disappointed with the Irish Cup result but after their 7-0 demolition of Kilkeel, their confidence will be returning.

Garvey should be at full strength apart from Richard Arneill who suffered a badly injured finger in the fateful game against Cork and could miss the rest of the season.

A really hard game is expected against a greatly rejuvenated Dublin outfit who know a win at Comber Road would almost guarantee a place in the semi final stage.

Garvey must raise themselves for the occasion and a victory would kick-start the second half of their season.
