Girls make hockey debut

The Dublin side have four international hockey players on their squad while the Lurgan side are not without their own young stars who are gaining experience with the Ulster youth set up.

Lurgan Ladies qualified for this event by finishing in the top four of the Premiership last season.

This will be a great sporting afternoon for the town of Lurgan and the girls would really appreciate all the support they can get.

Kick off is at 2.30pm and spectators should enjoy an extremely high standard of hockey from two well-drilled teams.
