Golf fundraiser for Robert Quigg VC statue

If you enjoy a round of golf and would like to support a local good cause, then come and join the fundraising golf competition at Bushfoot Golf Club on Sunday 9 August.

Proceeds from the competition will be contributed to the Robert Quigg VC Commemoration Society and everyone is welcome.

Competitors will have the chance to win prizes on the day and there will also be a raffle. If you would like to take part in the event, please contact Bushfoot Golf Club (Tel: 028 2073 1317) during office hours 10am-4pm for further details or to reserve a tee. The entry fee for non-members is £15.

The Robert Quigg VC Commemoration Society is currently fundraising for a bronze sculpture in honour of Robert Quigg VC, the famous World War One hero, which will be unveiled in Bushmills on 1 July 2016. For more information about the Society, Please see our website www.robertquiggvc.com.
