Ace for Conor
ON Sunday 30th September Lurgan Golf Club hosted a further Open Stableford competition for both ladies and gents.
Between the two of them entries were around the 70 mark. Scoring was brisk as some sixteen golfers fired returns better than their handicaps.
It was a day to remember for Conor McDonald as he had a hole-in-one at the temporary eleventh.
The winners were as follows:
1. Gary Moore (12) 45 pts; 2. Daire Hogan (17) 43 pts; 3. Eddie McComb (24) 42 pts.
Gross: Shane O’Neill (7) 33 pts.
Ladies: Elaine Bell 33pts.
