Captain’s Day at Ballymena Golf Club
WILLIAM Russell joined a select band of golfers who have won their club’s Captain’s Day more than once when he triumphed on Brian Dempster’s Captain’s Day at Ballymena Golf Club on Saturday.
William, playing off a handicap of 16, teed off at 8am and the next four hours resulted in him setting the target for the day and at the close of play, he had lifted the top prize by a margin of three points.
