Celebrations as prize night is held at Lisburn

Following an excellent meal the captain Dr Sam Moore presented the prizes.

The toast to the Golfing Union of Ireland was proposed by vice captain Peter Cairns. Ulster branch chairman Peter Sinclair replied and John Boyd proposed the toast to the guests.

Guest tenor Alan McBride entertained the members with many well known songs. His rendering of ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ with audience participation brought a most enjoyable evening to a conclusion.
